My hair gets all snarled up- how can I stop it?

Afetr a few hours of rolling about on the sofa with my bf, my hair is seriously notted and I was wondering- how can I stop this happening? I have long straight hair and it becomes a small birds nest and takes aaages to brush out.

my hair does that as well. Try some good conditioner %26amp; after u wash your hair, use a small amount of hair serum, then comb thru.

use a heavy conditioner every time you condition it. put it up when you're rolling around.

use a product like frizz ease or something like that to give it some sheen. it will make it smoother and less likely to snarl up. it will also be easier to brush through.

leave in conditioner...

don't worry about it and use a detangler afterwards. I like Back to Basics detangler/leave in spray.

It needs a good trim. When you have split ends, the ends catch on each other and knot up. Use an intense moisturizing conditioner and stop shampooing everyday (try only once or twice a week). You can still get your hair wet, but only condition it. That will make it much less dry and prone to split ends.
