What mousse makes your hair wavy? (i need an opinion)?

I straighten my hair everyday. Even worse, sometimes i straighten it, then curl it. Im trying to stop. My hair is really thick, about medium lenghth(about 4-5 inches below the top of my shoulder) Its kinda wavy if i dont brush it, but if i do brush it, it getts kinda straight and poofy. I want a mousse that makes your hair wavy. Not a mousse that you have to blowdry it in (because i really want to stop frying my poor hair ). Also, i dont want one that makes your hair stiff. Recomend something that you have tryed, or you are sure it works.

i use the pantene mousse for permed hair, it's usually pretty good - doesn't get too stiff

The absolute best one that i have found for my hair (thick, slightly curly, long, with a mind of its own, poofy and frizzy at the same time, my friends call it the beast) is Pantene scrunching mouse... it is by far the best mousse i have found! and believe me i am always looking to find anything that works... This one DOES! if you dont want it to be stiff, try not to over do it on the product.

What i do is put a fair amount... about the size of a golf ball, in my hand and then run it through my hair and then twist it all together. the best time to do this is when your hair is still fairly damp, and then scrunch it up in your hand a few times. If it gets at all crunchy, just pull on it or smooth over it with your fingers and it usually sorts itself out without losing shape.
