i am no longer able to brush through it. I asked a former hair dresser, and she said it's the result of my hair being too soft. i've given up on trying to brush it out, because when i do, i have a freakish amount of strands that fall out.
am i doing something wrong?
i condition regularly and everything.

hmmm. I wouldn't know, I'm sorry.
What I've learned, cuz my hair is definately NOT perfect. You have to learn to work with it, and sometimes just accept it as a part of who you are. Maybe have a backup wig in case you go bald... jkjk!!! I'm sure you'll be fine. Just ask a bunch of hair dressers what causes it and what you can do. They would probably know best. :)
