i have really long hair, and it always is either in a stupid pony tail or down long. It's always in tangles!I brush it every single night and the tangles keep on coming back every morning.Then everyone makes fun of me and it's embarassing! Please Please help me!

i would first, cut it shoulder length, and get layers. it will be easier to handle. then buy sunsilk shine detangler. it makes your hair shinier, less tangly, and healthier looking!!

invest in some really nice quality leave-in conditioner. keep your hair trimmed regularly to keep it healthy. Comb your hair while it's still wet and brush when it's dry. if it's too hard to keep in order, consider a shorter,better-maintainable cut.

try getting your hair cut into a easy to manage style...try buying a silk pillow case and applying a light amount of detangler or polisher to ur hair before you sleep ..

cut it like 4 or 5 inches below ur shoulders and straiten it. wash it in the morning too. if u straiten it, that gets rid of all ur tangles and keeps them out. i also suggest u bring as hair brush 2 school... just incase

get a silk pillow case so then your hair doesn't snag on your pillow case, or a silk scarf thin to wrap aound your hair. Carry a comb in your pensil case so you can brush you hair whenever it starts to snag. try parting your hair on the side.
