can i just do them with a tint brush and manic panic hairdye?or do i have to put tape in my hair anyways?and wat colors would go good with blonde hair? the horizantal stripes are called coontails.ive had them b4 but the tape thing was kinda hard to do.thanx.so maybe just a brush?idk.

i would use the tape to make the stripes even. and with blonde hair you can do pretty much anything you'd like. for fun, try a neon pink or blue, or just do plain old black or brown =]]
